01Overview
CircleEgg Studio is a one-person app studio from West Java, Indonesia. This policy covers this website. Each app has its own policy, linked in the tabs above, because each one handles different things.
The short version: the site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The only personal information it receives is what you choose to send through the contact form.
02What we collect
- Contact form. The topic, the app it is about, your name (optional), your email address and your message. We also store the IP address and browser name the message came from, to stop spam.
- Server logs. Like every web server, our hosting provider records basic request logs (IP address, page, time, browser) to keep the site secure and working.
Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other third party.
03How we use it
To read and reply to your message, fix the bug you reported, and keep spam out. We never sell your information, never use it for advertising, and never add you to a mailing list.
05Third parties
- Hosting provider, which stores the site, its database and the server logs.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, if it is switched on for the contact form, checks that the sender is not a bot. It sees your IP address and some browser signals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- YouTube. App videos load from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) only after you press play.
- Google Play. Store buttons take you to Google Play, where Google’s privacy policy applies.
06How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while we deal with your request and deleted within 12 months. Server logs are rotated by the hosting provider.
07Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within 30 days.
08Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will also be noted in the journal.
