Terms of Use

01Accepting these terms

These terms cover this website and the CircleEgg Studio apps, Kimbi and VDT. By downloading or using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

02Using the apps

  • Use the apps only for things that are legal where you live.
  • VDT is made for saving your own content, or content you have permission to use. Respect creators’ copyright. VDT is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance.
  • Kimbi sends text to the AI provider you choose. You are responsible for what you send and for how you use the replies, and the provider’s own terms apply to your API key.
  • Don’t try to break, reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the apps or the services they connect to.

03Your content

What you type, save or create is yours. Files you download with VDT stay on your phone, and you are responsible for how you use them. We don’t claim any rights to your content.

04Purchases

Purchases happen through Google Play, under the Google Play terms. VDT food packs are prepaid for 1, 6 or 12 months and never renew by themselves. Tips are voluntary and don’t unlock anything. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us too and we will help. Kimbi pricing will be announced before any paid plan launches.

05Third-party services

The apps rely on services we don’t control: TikWM for VDT downloads, the AI providers you connect to Kimbi, KLIPY for GIFs, Google Play for purchases and updates, and YouTube for videos on this site. Their own terms apply, and if one changes or goes down, a feature may stop working.

06Disclaimers

The apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can’t promise they will always work or be free of errors, and AI replies can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, CircleEgg Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits from using the apps. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

07Changes

We may update these terms as the apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes are mentioned in the apps’ release notes. Using the apps after a change means you accept it.
